Summary |
JAM takes center stage, and tracks target robot. |
|
Description |
JAM 1.0's tactic is to take position in the center of the arena -- the closest point to any other point in the arena -- and tracks the target robot. DOes not use predictive firing as of yet, but will in the future. I will use this base to develope my pattern recognition system in the future. The PointTracker() used in the model is slight more accurate that the one in the Lunatic series for a few reasons, one being that it tracks from the center of the arena. And two is that it will ignore the loss of tracking for a few rounds before resetting its tracking mode. I found this to be very affective against (some) zagbots. The big flaw right now with JAM is that if the target robot uses sliding and target speed adjustments, JAM loses track very easily. |
