Aaah, well that's a long and strange story. I was born in Kenya and whilst learning to talk, for some unknown reason, I always called mangos kamawoops (despite the fact that no-one else did, they called them mangos). Anyway I've liked the word ever since and as since these are amongst my first words in RSL I thought it was appropriate.

There's no such thing as one Kenyan language (or Nigerian for that matter). I know a few words of Swahili and a few words of Kalejan, which I picked up from family members who spent longer in Africa than I did, but not enough have a conversation with.
