Robot Battle Registry
The fastest way to get help is from other Robot Battle players. You can contact other Robot Battle players by joining the Robot Battle Registry. The Registry is an online community website for Robot Battle players. The Registry contains discussion forums, IRC chat, downloadable robots, contest information, and an archive of the old Robot Battle Mailing List (RBML). The Registry is owned and managed by Lunkwill Labs and Robot Battle's creator often participates in the discussion forums. Everyone has full access to the Registry, all you need to do is create an account.
Yahoo Archive of RBML
Yahoo provides an archive of old Robot Battle Mailing List (RBML) posts dating back several years. You may find the answers to your questions simply by searching this archive.
Robot Battle Development Site
There is a separate website dedicated to the development of Robot Battle. The development site has a bug tracking database for Robot Battle. You can use this database to search for known problems with the game or add new issues yourself. This database is actively used by Lunkwill Labs. Please try to avoid adding duplicate issues by always searching for existing reports.

Contact the Author
You can also directly contact Brad Schick, the founder of Lunkwill Labs. This can sometimes be a slow approach since Brad receives a lot of email. Brad can help you with support issues or comment on your game suggestions, but can not offer help creating robots. If you need help creating a robot, there are many people on the Registry who are willing to help.
