Descriptions
Rotates a robot's radar clockwise the amount specified by
degrees. Negative values cause counter-clockwise rotation. When additive
rotation is enabled, the rotation rate of a robot's radar is ±15 degrees per
turn relative to the robot's gun. When additive rotation is disabled,
the radar's rotation rate is ±15 degrees per turn relative to the ground. See

After calling the radarright command, you can determine the amount of
rotation remaining using the _radarrmn
system variable. When
any component of a robot is rotating, the _rotating
system variable is true. Radarright generally requires multiple turns to complete and therefore causing blocking.
