Description

Contains a robot's target speed. When a robot moves it attempts to move at this rate. This variable has a range of 0 through 25 including 25 but not including 0. A robot can change its target speed by calling the speedtarget command.

A robot's current speed and direction is provided by the _velocity system variable.
