Description
Increased by one when a call to scan detects a bonus cookie. This variable triggers the section registered by the regdtccookie command to handle cookie detection events. Detection indicators are mutually exclusive. When _dtccookie is greater than zero all other detection variables will be zero.
This variable is decreased by one automatically when the cookie detection event handler completes. The _dtccookie variable can also be manually reset to zero with the clear command. If no section has been registered to handle cookie detection events and the clear command is not used, _dtccookie will continue to increase until a different obstacle type is detected.
When a robot detects a cookie the detection variables _dtcbearing, _dtcenergy, _dtcheading, _dtcid, and _dtcteamid contain additional information.
