Descriptions
Contains the average number of game turns that must complete before a cookie or mine is created. The average creation rate is specified using the Advanced tab of the New Match window. The default rate is once every 750 game turns. A _cmrate value of -1 indicates that cookies and mines are never created during a match.
There is an equal chance of each new instance being either a cookie or a mine. Because creation occurs randomly, cookies and mines may be created in unequal numbers and at varying rates over the short term. The location of each new instance is also random.
